Define requirements - We will work with your hiring mangers to determine the specifications of the job order including duties, responsibilities, company/departmental goals, company history, benefits, salary ranges, desired background of candidates, personality traits motivations and education.
Network of Candidates - Our team of recruiters share a proprietary candidate database of over 30,000 qualified candidates in the tri-state area. We know that our success depends upon our relationships and our ability to leverage those relationships to build a network of qualified candidates. Over 95% of the resumes we receive come from referrals.
Sourcing - The Wilson Group, Inc. interviews and evaluates each candidate prior to submitting them to a client, to ensure the proper fit. This is based on the following guidelines: technological aptitude, interpersonal ability, salary and geographical accessibility. The Wilson Group does not discriminate due to race, color, creed, national origin or religion.
Testing - At your request, we will administer technical, personality or any other tests that you require.
Presentation - The Wilson Group will present the top candidates resumes, background information, interview notes, salary expectations, motivations, availability and our own subjective evaluation of the candidates. We work with you to get any additional information that you may require and determine which candidates should move forward in the hiring process.
Interview Scheduling/Coordination - The Wilson Group will be your one point of contact to coordinate all candidate interviews: scheduling, preparation, driving directions and lodging, if coming from out of town. We'll also debrief candidates after the interview and let you know where they stand in terms of interest level, expectations, abilities and attitude.
Verifications - We will conduct reference checks and degree verifications.
Offer/Acceptance - We will work with you to produce and present an acceptable offer and close the candidate on an acceptable start date. We will then prepare the candidate for the resignation process and how to handle counter-offer situations. We will work with spouses, making sure they are as comfortable and excited as your new employee.
Insurance - The Wilson Group will meet the insurance standards and requirements for the implementation of Information Technology professionals including naming your firm as an additional co-insured on any insurance certificate we provide.
Additional Services - The Wilson Group will also provide other services designed to ensure candidates smooth transition into their new position. Such services may include: coordinating relocation, and coordinating interim benefit coverage, supplying additional information as needed while keeping you up to date on any issues that may come up relating to the candidate's employment with your organization.
