Founded The Wilson Group, a premier information technologist recruiting firm in 1992 and grew the business to gross revenues of over $20 million per annum within seven years. The Wilson Group is one of the largest privately held IT staffing firms in the metropolitan New York area, with emphasis on permanent staffing, consulting and managed services. Spanning two decades Jonathan accumulated a wealth of expertise in the highly-specialized IT staffing field and is known as an industry leader.
Jonathan serves on the Board of Directors of Ckrush Entertainment, an innovative entertainment and interactive media group combining entertainment content with social media, online communities and digital technology, where he is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. . Ckrush's fully interactive online communities include "LiveMansion.com", "AudioStreet.net" and "MixStreet.net". Ckrush's feature film productions include "Beer League," starring Artie Lange; "National Lampoon's TV the Movie," starring Steve O and Wee Man of "Jackass" fame; and "National Lampoon's Pledge This," starring Paris Hilton.
Jonathan was a phase 1 investor in start-up TrashTalk! Media, Inc. TTM had the largest array of moving Out of Home media products in the nontraditional marketing arena. The company was recently acquired by Free Car Media, and Jonathan sold his shares.
Jonathan has recently brought his Staffing and Operational expertise to Lexakos Consulting, a nationally recognized business consulting firm offering legal, technology, and operations expertise in a variety of areas related to compliance and information management. At Lexakos, Jonathan will serve as Executive Vice President, Operations, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company as well as co-managing the staffing division. This role will coexist with his day-to-day responsibilities as President of The Wilson Group.
Jonathan is a graduate of Ithaca College, with a BS in Business Management. He and his family currently reside in New Jersey, with his wife three sons -- all avid fans of the New York Giants and Mets.
